• tk8999 reserves the right to suspend or freeze an account temporarily where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, withdrawals and wagers may be restricted.

Account closure does not cancel any pending bets placed prior to the closure request. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on tk8999 — whether on sports betting markets (including cricket), live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market.

• A bet or wager is considered accepted only after you have received an explicit confirmation from the platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable game or market rules (e.g., certain cash-out features).
• tk8999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or as a result of a technical malfunction — and to reverse any winnings associated with such bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event or casino game, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCCI, BCB for cricket) or by the certified game provider will be used as the definitive result.

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Where a wagering requirement is stated as, for example, "30x bonus", the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• tk8999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except that any bonus already credited to a Member's account and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming

The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within the account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no new registrations under the same identity will be accepted.
